El contenido de este blog está enfocado a las TI, y el objetivo es estudiar tres grupos:

1. Historia, curiosidades y novedades del mundo de las TI.
2. Las normativas ISO relativas a las TI, especialmente la ISO20000 y otras relativas, como la ISO27001, ISO21500, ISO31000, ISO38500, ISO15504...
3. Herramientas del mercado que faciliten la implementación de estos estándares, especialmente ITSM con ISO20000.

También es objeto del blog publicar reportajes sobre cómo otras organizaciones ah implementado su sistema.

The content of this blog is focused in IT, with the purpose of studying three groups:

1. History, curiosities and news of IT world.
2. ISO standards about IT, specially ISO20000 and others like ISO27001, ISO21500, ISO31000, ISO38500, ISO15504...
3. Tools in the market, that can make our life easier in the way of the implementation of these standards, specially ITSM with ISO20000.

We will also publish reports about other organizations and how they implemented these standards.
